I’m here to help you build a relationship with food and your body that makes you feel great, mind body and soul. Where what you eat is only one part of the equation.

I care deeply about supporting you to rebuild a positive relationship with food and your body to allow you headspace to reach your true potential. Body confidence and female equality are two issues very close to my heart, which is why 5% from Foodcue's virtual nutrition sessions is donated between the body confidence campaign Be Real and She's The First - a gender equality charity that supports girls around the world who will be the first in their families to graduate high school.
